The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services ("CMS") distributes numerous tables of data on hospice organizations on a quarterly basis. That is a lot of information to pour through to try and build a comprehensive review of MCLAREN HOSPICE. Luckily, we are here to help! The standardized 47 question CAHPS Hospice Survey instrument is composed of the following measures: Communication with Family, Getting Timely Help, Treating Patient with Respect, Emotional and Spiritual Support, Help for Pain and Symptoms, Training Family to Care for Patient, Rating of this Hospice, and Willingness to Recommend this Hospice.
